You have purchased a single-user license. If a purchaser wishes to share any information contained in the report either with colleagues, partners or with the wider community (for example use in press releases) this can only be done with written permission from DATAportl and may require payment of an additional fee.
This license is strictly for a single, named individual and is non-transferable. The designated user must be specified at the commencement of the contract. Changes to the designated user are subject to approval and can be requested through contact@dataportl.com. Approval is contingent upon adherence to DATAportl's policies and the specific circumstances of the request.
As per DATAportl's Terms and Conditions (section 1.1), the licensed content may be used for internal purposes, including analyses, reports, and presentations. Reproduction, distribution, or public display of content requires prior written consent from DATAportl. Requests for such permissions can be submitted to contact@dataportl.com.
This license is subject to annual renewal. It may be terminated by DATAportl in cases of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or the specific terms of this license.
All use of DATAportl services under this license must comply with the general Terms and Conditions of DATAportl.
